Autumn Lunch – Saturday 16th October 2021

To be held at the Grafton/Radisson Hotel, 130 Tottenham Court Road

We are currently planning for the Autumn Lunch 2021 to take place if all Covid restrictions on gatherings and events are lifted and it is safe. The cost for Associate Members to attend is £ 35, guest £40. If you have a paid place carried over from 2020, your ticket will be accepted when you present it at the Grafton Hotel at the Autumn lunch 2021.

Due to unprecedented demand, applications for tickets to the Autumn lunch are now closed. However, if you wish we can add you to our waiting list below in the event of cancellations.

For special events or set reunions please contact Pat Edmund or via the UCH Charity contact form. Pat and Jan Williams who is assisting Pat with these arrangements will coordinate seats for sets. We look forward very much to seeing many of you in October.

This year’s Autumn lunch will be different as we plan to have our Annual Charity Meeting at the Autumn lunch as we missed 2020’s ACM. We have therefore booked a room downstairs all day where refreshments will be served on arrival and where we will return to for ACM as well as to socialise over tea and biscuits.

The Agenda for the whole day is proposed:

10.30 Welcome, refreshments
12.30 Lunch
14.00 Raffle, & announcements
14.30 – 15.30 Annual Charity meeting
15.30 tea and biscuits
16.00 finish

A photographer will be present to take Set photos and photos of the lunch and ACM.
