Covid update from Helen Allan

Dear Colleagues, at the meeting of the Charity Trustees on 15th September 2021 the decision was taken to postpone our autumn lunch and annual charity meeting until next April.

We understand that many of you will be disappointed by this decision but given the current uncertainty of the situation with Covid it was felt that this would be sensible.

The April meeting will take place on Saturday 2nd April 2022. It will be an all-day event, from 10.30 to 4pm and will be held at the Grafton Hotel.

It is proposed that we carry ticket monies over until April 2022. However, if know you are unable to attend and you would prefer a refund now then please let us know and we will forward your request to Theresa (our Treasurer) to action. Please use the contact form.

Following the recent Trustees meeting, September 2021, the office remains closed during continuing uncertainty of this stage of the Pandemic. Associates are encouraged to use the contact form rather than ring the office, as no one will pick up messages.

Alternatively, please write to the Secretary as post is being redirected to the Secretary who will continue to answer any membership queries. As far as possible, requests for merchandise can be dealt with by post. The Magazine is due for circulation as usual in December 2021.
